Three rules we don't bend
Defined work is fixed-price
If we can write down the scope, we quote one price for it. It doesn't grow because a task took longer than we planned.
Undefined work is hourly
Troubleshooting and open-ended work are billed by the hour, and we say so up front instead of padding a fixed quote.
Bundles, not discounts
A site, a care plan and prepaid IT hours together cost less to deliver, so they cost you less.
What you own when we're done
You should never need us just to get into your own systems.
